We no longer issue refunds for any canceled services. Appointments must be rescheduled.
Confirmations: 
- Confirmation is solidified by paying an electronic invoice sent to you via email. This email is sent 24-48 hours before your session unless your request was a same day booking. All first time clients must pay in advance.******************
Making A request online:
-ALL ONLINE REQUESTS Must be made at least 2 hours in advance. If you would like to book with less advanced notice please call to check availability.
 
-ALL ONLINE COUPLES MASSAGE requests should be made  at least 24 hours in advance. Anything with less advanced notice please call.
 
Comfort limitations:
- Please note that our tables have a 300 lb weight max and 6'5in length max for clients. IF you exceed these limitations please give us a call before booking your session.
-Unfortunately we are not Handicap accessible, if assistance is required please call us before booking.
 
Gift Certificates:
-If you have a gift certificate please make your request using a "member" service and annotate in the note section that it is a gift certificate or prepay session.
-WE ONLY ACCEPT "ZEN AND THE CITY" GIFT CERTIFICATES, WE DO NOT ACCEPT "SPA AND WELLNESS" GIFT CARDS or any other gift cards or certificates that do not have VISA OR MASTERCARD LOGO.***

Covid-19 Precautions and updates

Zen and the City is dedicated to keeping our clients safe and healthy. In addition to our already very strict guidelines on health and safety we are implementing additional guidelines as we prepare to re-open our studio for business. Keep in mind Zen and the City will be opperating at half capacity until further notice

Here is a list of things we already do to keep you safe at Zen:

 

  • We use hospital grade disinfectant to clean all surfaces between each client. Including restrooms.

  • Changing/washing sheets and blankets between each client.

  • Therapists washing/disinfecting up to the elbows after each client.

  • If you are sick we ask you reschedule and not come in. We will not work on you if you have any cold/flu symptoms period.

 

Additional health practices:

 

  • Upon entrance we ask that you please remove your shoes [Please bring or wear a pair of socks to walk in the lobby in]

  • We will ask that upon entrance you wash your hands in our facilities.

  • We are staggering appointments, and strategically booking, to avoid too many clients in the lobby at a the same time.

  • Our therapists will be wearing masks during your appointment.

  • We ask that you wear a mask while in the lobby area.

  • Waiting area options -You will have an option to wait in our private Zen Garden, providing a beautiful and calming setting as you wait

  • All Massages will be performed faced down for most of the session.

  • Upon booking any appointment our staff will ask a series of questions regarding social distancing to determine if it is safe for you and our staff, to come in.

  • Anyone who has been sick or exposed to sick person/s within two weeks of your appointment date (and is not a medical professional) please stay home and book at a later date.
