For those not familiar with sound healing, it’s a form of vibrational medicine which synchronises the brain waves to achieve deep states of relaxation and healing. Many cultures throughout the world recognise the importance of music and sound as healing power. The ancient civilisations of India, Asia, Africa, Europe and the Aboriginals, practiced the use of sound to heal as well as achieve balance from within.

The body is an amazing conductor for sound vibration, being made up of 75% water. When vibrations travel through the body, they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation.
