Community Sound Healing

Join us for a moment of pause. A chance to pause our busy lives, stress, grief, sadness, pain, worry, and come TOGETHER to listen, breathe and to HEAL.

When you settle into a Sound Bath you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed state, or even a dreamlike state. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.

The sound bath will last 45 minutes, after which your guides will stay around a bit to be with you and answer comments in chat. space is  limited, located in out art gallery—please bring your facemask, and yoga mat, blanket and anything else you need to be comfortable.
